Cilantro Chicken With Olive Oil and Lemon Juice
Combine around 10 frozen skinless boneless pieces of chicken
Put in a glass container with top for baking mix frozen
pieces with enough olive oil and lemon juice mixture to coat the chicken along
with at least two bunches of chopped cilantro
Marinate in refrigerator for at least 18 hours or longer
Mix with some more olive oil and lemon juice to taste and
leave in glass container with lid
Bake in oven for at least 70 minutes at 350 degrees, most
likely will be done after 75 to 80 minutes at this temperature
Place in refrigerator overnight in same glass container and
lid with the juices and cilantro or for at least 6-8 hours. Pieces of chicken
can be used for either a yummy cold protein snack, filling for tacos andor
burritos, for salads etc.
